Monitor Forms:  If you would like to keep track of your child's progress, monitor sheets
can be picked up in the guidance office on a weekly/bi-weekly basis.
Your son/daughter can pick one up on a Thursday and bring it to each teacher on Friday
for a quick update on progress and homework completion, and bring the
monitor sheet home for your viewing.
