Mr Schaffnit's Letter Writing Project.:  How Do I Locate a Middle School to Write a Letter to?

How to find a middle school:  determine the US State, then find a city.  The  Public School Review lists middle schools throughout the country.  But you need to search this site by zipcode.  Follow these steps.

 1.  Decide on a state of interest:  look at atlases in the library to spark your interest.   Locate a city on the maps, or use the US Census site below to find a city.
2.  Use the US Census site to determine the city of interest.
Select a state in the dropdown menu, then using the state's dropdown menu, choose a city.
3.  Find the  zipcode of the city.   Best place for zipcodes?  The US Postal Service.
4.  Once you know the zipcode or the county of a particular city,  use  Public School Review to find the address of a middle school!
